Our Staff
 Joe Sr.Joe Sr. founded RRR in 1999. A graduate of Brother Rice High School in Birmingham, he still lives in Metro Detroit with his wife. In addition to RRR, they are proud parents of two Yorkshire Terriers, Bella and Ubee, as well as their three children. |  MichaelMichael manages our warehouse operations, as well as our sales. Michael is a Western Michigan University graduate and enjoys coaching football in his spare time. |  RyanA certified nerd, Ryan manages our comprehensive electronic waste recycling program, as well as our social media marketing. Ryan believes in the ethical recycling and re-use of outdated and end-of-life technology products. |

 Joey Jr.Detroit born and raised, Joey has been creating exit strategies for all types of assets since 2003. "My goal is to reduce landfill exposure and create diverse opportunities for recycling. When I'm not dreaming of recycling you'll probably find me working on or riding vintage motorbikes. My favorite aspect of work is having the opportunity to collaborate with motivated and creative people - utilizing that mentality to discover new and exciting ways to help our clients. " |  UbeeNicknamed for his very distinct underbite, Ubee watches over the equipment and assets on the job sites and in and around the warehouse. Ubee is famous for the "window dance" which he performs daily when arriving at the warehouse. Ubee has four siblings and resides in the Detroit metro area. |
